Withersworldwide Application Process

Discover the steps you will need to take in order to become a trainee solicitor at Withers.

Stage One

In the first instance, candidates will be required to complete an online application form.

Stage Two

Candidates will complete online verbal and numerical reasoning assessments before coming into interview. On the day of the interview itself, candidates will also be given a 50 minute written test. A candidate's first interview will last for 60 minutes and will involve speaking to a partner and member of the HR team.

Stage Three

Candidates who are successful in the first interview and assessments will be invited to a second interview, which is with two other partners. This will also include a 10 minute presentation. There will be options to choose from but this will typically be on a current affairs topic.

Following the seodnd interview, candidates will complete a group exercise and a psychometric assessment. If a candidate is fluent in a foreign language, they might also be asked to speak to someone at the firm who also speaks that language.
