Irwin Mitchell has 17 offices in legal hubs across the UK and focuses on providing local legal expertise with a "human touch"". As a trainee, you'll be working on challenging projects with clients of all sizes, from large international corporations to SMEs and private individuals.
All trainees complete three six-month seats, plus one six-month qualification seat, and you'll be given the chance to work across the firm's seven client service areas: Commercial Advisory & Disputes, Complex Personal Injury, Corporate & Finance, Court of Protection & Public Law, Family Law, Property and Private Client Services.
The majority of training contract offers are awarded to candidates who have already completed a legal work placement with the firm.
The firm's local approach means it is passionate about giving back to the communities it supports and trainees are all given the opportunity to take part in charity fundraising, volunteering initiatives and pro bono projects.
