Training Contract - London and Bristol

RPC firmly believes that personal growth stems from facing challenges. Throughout their training, Trainees are entrusted with genuine responsibilities while receiving continuous support. A Supervising Partner and Associate are available for day-to-day guidance, a mentor assists in navigating the firm's operations, and a dedicated Trainee development team provides additional support.

Moreover, RPC encourages Trainees to explore different areas of practice. Over a period of at least six months, Trainees rotate through four distinct practice areas, enabling them to discover their areas of expertise. There may also be opportunities for Trainees to be seconded to clients as in-house lawyers, fostering genuine relationships with individuals involved in legal cases. This immersive experience allows Trainees to enhance their commercial awareness and legal proficiency by utilizing their unique personalities.

Furthermore, RPC offers the possibility of spending six months of a Trainee's contract on secondment to RPC's Hong Kong, London, or Singapore offices, depending on the Trainee's location. This opportunity provides exposure to different jurisdictions and broadens Trainees' understanding of international legal practices.

Vacation Scheme - London

The Summer Schemes serve as a mutual evaluation process, allowing RPC to understand the strengths and potential contributions of individuals.
