Penningtons are working towards becoming an official partner of the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance. Here are some examples of the pledges/changes that the firm are currently making: 

• Travel: Reduce the impact of business travel and commuting by 50% by 2030 . Provide green travel opportunities to their employees through benefit schemes and facilities at each of their offices Adopt video first policy for meetings where possible. 
• Supply Chain: understand and reduce impact of supply chain. Remove all single-use plastic from their operations. Adopt technical solutions to reduce the use of paper and stationery.
