Willkie welcome applicants from all universities and degree disciplines. The firm is looking for consistently strong academic achievement, with a 2.1 at undergraduate level.

From autumn 2026, Willkie is looking for those who can start their training contract in September 2029. The firm recruit solely from its vacation schemes, held in the spring and summer 2027.
The application deadline is Monday 7 December at 11:59pm and Willkie does not recruit on a rolling basis. The application process has four stages: online application form, video interview, virtual written analytical exercise and partner interview. At all stages, applicants will be informed of their outcome by email, in a timely manner.
