Willkie Farr & Gallagher Application Process

Familiarise yourself with the Willkie Farr & Gallagher application process. 

Stage one

If you wish to apply for a training contract, you will need to apply to a vacation scheme beforehand, as trainees are recruited from the vacation scheme. The first stage is to complete an application form. Applications tend to open from October to January, but check the website before you apply for specific dates. These are done on a rolling basis, so send the application in as soon as possible.

Stage two

If you are successful, you will complete a video interview, and then will be invited to an assessment centre. Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP are committed to diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all. As a result, the assessment centre is assessed blind. There will be an interview and a written exercise. The interviewer will not have seen your CV and the written assessment will be marked anonymously.

Furthering their diversity efforts, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP are using Rare’s contextual recruitment system to assess candidates. You will be asked some optional questions about your background as part of the application form, to assess your achievements in light of your past history. These questions will be optional and will not hurt your application if you choose not to answer them.
