Inside employment law: Workplace disputes, strategy and advisory work
This event forms part of our Lunch and Learn series, designed to give you a practical insight into what it is really like to work across different areas of law.
Employment law plays a central role in modern working life. In this event, the BPP team will host a discussion with employment lawyers to explore how they advise clients on a wide range of workplace issues. The panel will reflect on the variety of work involved, the balance between advisory and contentious matters and the skills that are particularly important in this people-focused area of practice. Students will come away with a clearer picture of what a career in employment law involves and how to begin preparing for it.
