Clyde & Co Application Process
Before you apply to Clyde & Co, make sure you are familiar with their application process.
Stage One
To apply for the firm's vacation scheme, you will first complete an online application form, where you will be asked to fill in your personal details, education information and provide any additional information you think necessary, such as required adjustments or mitigating circumstances. No cover letter, personal statement, or work experience information is required.
Stage Two
You will then be asked to complete a digital assessment, where you'll find a variety of question types, including some video and written responses. Some of these questions may present you with a range of situations and challenges that you can expect to face as a trainee here at Clyde & Co. There will also be motivational questions.
Stage Three
After the first two stages if you score well you will be invited to a video interview.
Stage Four
This will vary depending on the programme. Assessments may take place virtually or in person and can range from an interview and written task to a full assessment centre, which may include an interview, written exercise, group exercise and presentation.
