Diversity & Inclusion at Clyde & Co
The firm wishes to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce that is fully representative of the communities and rich cultures in which we live and work.
This requires us to promote and share an inclusive culture for all our employees, where everyone feels respected and has the opportunity to contribute to the success of the business. We have a range of internal D&I networks including:
- GECCO - Gender Equality at Clyde & Co
- ACED - Achieving Ethnic and Cultural Diversity
- Wellness & Disability
- Pryde - our LGBT+ network
Pro bono initiavites: Clyde & Co has a policy that up to 50 hours of firm-approved pro bono activities will be credited towards fee earners' billable targets. These hours will be treated as chargeable work in this context. This allowance applies to all fee earners globally. There are many pro bono opportunities, including trainee-led initiatives such as our Climate Change Group.
