Join us for an empowering discussion focused on what commercial law firms are doing to break barriers and create a more inclusive workspace for members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our panellists will discuss a range of issues, from obstacles facing the LGBTQ+ community in the legal profession to strategies that are being employed to widen access from trainee to partner level. Our discussion will also focus on issues facing the LGBTQ+ community more broadly, from a lack of role models in the workplace to instances of workplace homophobia, biphobia or transphobia. The panellists will also provide a unique insight into their own experiences, whether as members of the LGBTQ+ community or as allies. This is a crucial event for lawyers and aspiring lawyers across the legal industry, whether members of the LGBTQ+ community or simply lawyers who wish to support and be allies to their colleagues.
