Kickstarting our exciting series of diversity panel discussions for Black Heritage Students is our event on starting out as a lawyer with Black heritage. Our panel will take you through their experiences joining the legal profession, answer questions about the challenges they have faced as Black lawyers entering the legal industry, and offer advice to aspiring solicitors with Black heritage. This is an opportunity to hear first hand whether diversity and inclusion initiatives are really working, and what more can be done to ensure that recruitment processes are working with diverse students in mind. This is a must-see event for aspiring solicitors who want to have all their questions answered about being a lawyer with Black heritage.
