The Inside Track on Life as a Trainee at a Mid-Sized Firm
Curious about what life as a trainee solicitor is really like? In this session, Wedlake Bell trainees will share their experiences of training at the firm, from why they chose Wedlake Bell to the work they’ve been involved in so far. They’ll also offer practical advice and tips for students considering a career in law. Designed to be an open and transparent discussion, this session is your chance to hear first-hand what it’s like to train at a mid-sized City firm.

Each recruit is carefully selected and our aim to retain as many trainees at the end of their training contracts as possible. Our small, close knit intakes are able to receive high-quality training and experience high levels of client contact right from the start of their training. We are currently recruiting 8 trainees per year.
