We're kicking off our series of brand-new commercial awareness videos with a 60-second delve into art law.  For subjects that at first may seem very different, it's amazing how much art and law interact with each other. There's a lot of money involved in art, and with huge transactions taking place when artifacts change hands, there can be a need for legal consultation. There are also issues of copyright, provenance and spoliation. So buyers and sellers will need legal advice at different stages of the process.
