Practice area strengths

Employee share plans and incentives

At Tapestry, our work is focused on employee share plans and incentives, advising global companies on how to design and operate equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. This sits across employment, tax, company law and regulatory compliance, meaning trainees are exposed to a broad and commercially relevant mix of work from the outset. Trainees are involved in high-impact international matters, such as supporting the rollout of global share plans, preparing draft documents and client communications, and coordinating advice across different countries. They also work closely with our OnTap database, helping respond to client queries and ensure advice is consistent across 160+ jurisdictions. From day one, paralegals and trainees are part of client teams and contribute to real work, often for FTSE-listed and multinational clients. The role involves a mix of drafting, research and client interaction, with a strong focus on delivering clear, practical advice in a highly specialised and fast-paced area.
