The AllAboutLaw perspective on Hogan Lovells Cadwalader
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is a prestigious global law firm that offers its trainees real responsibility, a variety of challenges, a supportive culture and an enviable list of international secondment opportunities.
Each Hogan Lovells Cadwalader trainee completes four six-month seats. Two will be completed in the firm's corporate and finance groups, and one will be completed in the litigation team. In the third or fourth seat, trainees are given the opportunity to go out on a client secondment or an international secondment. Past trainees have completed a secondment in Frankfurt, Brussels, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, Paris, and Singapore, exposing trainees to a new environment to build skills that will guide them through the rest of their careers.
Trainees at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader are supported all the way, with each trainee working closely with an experienced senior mentor and the firm's Trainee Development team. Trainees are also given plenty of opportunity to support each other and to develop strong networks within the firm through regular social events and meetups.
