Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Finance Associate to join their global law firm.

Basic salary:

£145,000 - £185,000 depending on experience

Location:

London

Level:

Mid to senior associate (3-9PQE)  

Required experience:

Candidates should have a background in Infrastructure Finance, Project Finance or Leveraged Finance – but must be happy to work in Projects and Infrastructure Finance.

The candidate must have led and negotiated key financing documents - facility agreements, common terms agreements and inter-creditor agreements.
