Our Business and Legal Operations Graduate Scheme develops people who can help turn those expectations into action.

 

What you will work on

Graduates will have the opportunity to complete four six-month rotations in various teams across our programme areas.

Deliver legal services differently

Help teams improve how legal matters are planned and delivered. You could support project management, process improvement, technology adoption, reporting or legal service design.

Create new solutions for clients

Work with lawyers, consultants and technology specialists to understand client needs and help develop practical services, products and solutions.

Experience the client perspective

One rotation may place you on secondment with a client, supporting the business operations of their legal teams and gaining first hand insight into their priorities and ways of working.

Transform the business

Support projects that help shape the future of Norton Rose Fulbright. From AI adoption and business transformation programmes to process improvement and change initiatives.
