Vacation Scheme 2027

Our Vacation Scheme is a fantastic opportunity to experience the work, people and culture at Brabners. During the programme, you'll gain exposure to a variety of practice areas and work alongside partners, solicitors, trainees and apprentices from across the firm.

The scheme is designed to support your development as you prepare for your future career. We're passionate about adding value to your journey, with insights from our leaders, advice from current trainees and apprentices, and a range of engaging workshops and development opportunities. You'll gain hands on experience through real work, exposure to live client matters and activities designed to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in your career.

Throughout the scheme, you'll be supported by a dedicated supervisor, a trainee or apprentice buddy, and our Early Careers team, who will be on hand to provide guidance, support and constructive feedback. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to build your network, meeting colleagues from across the firm and connecting with fellow Vacation Scheme students through social and networking events.

To help ensure the scheme is accessible to all, successful applicants will be paid the Real Living Wage for the duration of the programme.

Eligibility

To apply, you must be in your penultimate or final year of study, or have already graduated at the point of application. Applicants must also be available to attend the Vacation Scheme between 7th June and 18th June 2027.

Applicants must be eligible to commence a Training Contract in 2029.
