Training Contract 2029/2030

Our Training Contract offers an exciting opportunity to begin your legal career from day one as part of a structured two-year programme. During your training contract, you will gain hands-on experience across four practice areas, developing both your legal knowledge and commercial awareness while working alongside experienced lawyers on real client matters.

Trainees are fully integrated into their teams and are given meaningful responsibility from the outset. Day-to-day work may include legal research, drafting documents and correspondence, supporting transactions and cases, attending client meetings and calls, and helping to manage matter processes. You will work closely with associates, senior lawyers and partners, receiving regular feedback and support throughout your development.

Alongside your practical experience, you will benefit from a comprehensive learning and development programme, a strong support network, and opportunities to build relationships across the business. By the end of the programme, you will have developed the technical, professional and commercial skills needed to succeed as a qualified solicitor.
