Our Insight events are just that. Insightful. Experience real life as an apprentice.
If you are interested in applying for our Solicitor Apprenticeship and would like to find out more then come along to our virtual insight evening. The event is open to prospective applicants in their final year of school (year 13) or beyond and will run from 5 pm – 7.30 pm on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
It's a fantastic opportunity to gain an insight into our work and clients, get to know our people, hear about the apprenticeship study course from The University of Law and ask our apprentices first-hand about their experiences. The early talent team will host the event and will be on hand to answer questions and provide advice on how to apply.
Whilst you'll want to make a good impression, you won't be assessed during the event. It's purely a great opportunity for you to learn more about the firm and decide whether we are the right fit for you.
Apply online by Monday 5 October 2026.
We believe in the power of difference – of diversity – diversity of thought, diversity of background, experience, skill and talent, diversity of characteristics.
Our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all. We welcome applications from talented people and consider each applicant on their individual strengths, experience and values. Your recruitment process at RPC will vary depending on the role, team and office you are applying for. However, we expect most recruitment processes to involve virtual and in person elements as well as the opportunity to connect with members of the team.
If you have a disability or long-term condition (for example dyslexia, anxiety, autism, a mobility condition or hearing loss) and need us to make any reasonable adjustments, changes or do anything differently during the recruitment process, please contact our recruitment team. For guidance on how to access our offices and further information about working in our different office locations, visit our office locations page.
At RPC we dress for our day, using professional judgement to dress appropriately. We embrace hair worn in all styles as well as religious and cultural dress. For an interview, we expect people to choose more traditional business wear although a suit is not required. If you have any questions about dress and/or hair styles at any stage of the recruitment process, please contact our recruitment team.
We believe happy, motivated people who are trusted to work responsibly, achieve better outcomes. That’s why we put our trust in you and why you can enjoy a healthy degree of flexibility in your role, which works for you, your colleagues, and your clients.
