You don’t need legal work experience to have skills that law firms value. From retail and hospitality to volunteering and part-time jobs, your experiences can demonstrate communication, teamwork, problem-solving, resilience and commercial thinking. In this session, Dal will explore how to identify the transferable skills you’ve already developed and communicate them effectively to recruiters. You’ll learn how to connect your experiences to the qualities firms are looking for and use them to strengthen future applications and interviews.
