Your Path to Bird & Bird: The interview stage
We're bringing the recruitment process to life with a series of workshops on AllAboutLaw's Digital Campus. We assess aspiring apprentices and trainees against a set of key competencies and skills. In each workshop, we'll build your skills in a specific area through exercises, case studies, and practice assessments so that you're ready to showcase your suitability for the role in our recruitment process.

There are different pathways to qualification as a solicitor at Bird & Bird. If you’ve not attended university, you can become a solicitor apprentice by applying to our Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme. If you’re studying or have studied at university, you can become a trainee solicitor by applying to and attending a vacation scheme, as all vacation scheme participants are assessed for a training contract.
