In this interactive session, you’ll work through two realistic exercises based on situations you could face on your scheme. The focus isn’t on technical legal knowledge. It’s on how you approach a task, use your judgement, work with others and explain your thinking. You’ll practise clarifying instructions, checking your work (including AI-assisted research), establishing the facts before advising and giving practical, client-focused advice. You’ll come away more confident about showing the behaviours firms look for.
