What’s it really like to start life as a trainee solicitor? Join Ellie Barclay, Learning and Development Manager, and current Mills & Reeve trainees as they take you behind the scenes of Empower – the firm’s learning and development programme for emerging talent.
You’ll hear all about the one-week off-site induction, including what’s involved and how it helps prepare trainees for their first seat, and other core modules such as the second year Collaboration Challenge. The trainees will share some of their favourite memories to date and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
