Wragge & Co and Lawrence Graham Merge

May 2014 has seen a merger of two major law firms. Lawrence Graham and Wragge & Co are now Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co.
The merger means that the new firm have built on their highly regarded core practices and expanded their international coverage. The firm has offices in ten locations: Birmingham, Brussels, Dubai, Guangzhou, London, Monaco, Moscow, Munich, Paris and Singapore.
Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co can boast one of the UK’s largest real estate practices and unites the two merged firms’ strengths in IP, commercial litigation and international disputes, as well as Wragge & Co’s award-winning pensions experts and Lawrence Graham’s private capital team.
