The battle for Hollywood supremacy has taken a shocking turn as Paramount Skydance has tabled a successful $110 billion bid to acquire Warner Bros Discovery. In a move that has startled commentators, Warner Bros turned away from Netflix at the final hour choosing to back out of their previously agreed $82.7 billion deal and incurring a $2.8 billion break fee in the process. 

Now, with Paramount in the driver’s seat, there are a whole new wave of issues for their lawyers to contend with. Could pressure from the biggest names in Hollywood undo all of Paramount’s hard work?
