Our Trainee Open Day is designed for individuals considering a Vacation Scheme and Training Contract at HFW. It provides deeper insight into our firm, with opportunities to hear from Trainees and Associates about our sectors, culture and recruitment process.
You will learn more about our key sectors, take part in a Trainee Q&A panel, explore our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility initiatives, and attend a session focused on application hints and top tips. You’ll also participate in a group activity designed to develop your teamwork and communication skills, which are key skills we look for in Trainees.

Who’s the HFW Trainee Open Day for?
Undergraduates who are in the penultimate-year of their law degree, undergraduates who are in the final-year of their non-law degree, graduates and career changers.
