This open day is your chance to hear directly from our trainees and associates who identify as LGBT+ and learn about how we're committed to investing in your growth and development throughout your journey with us. You’ll find out more about our work, gain exclusive insights into some of our prominent deals and take part in interactive sessions to boost your commercial awareness.

You'll also join a Q&A session with members of our IRIS network and discover how they’re making the legal profession a safe and inclusive space for all. Our Early Careers team will also be on hand to provide invaluable advice on how to write a strong vacation scheme application.

What we're looking for

We consider applicants from any degree discipline, with a keen interest in commercial law. Applicants should be current university students or graduates.

We look for candidates with a strong and consistent academic record. We typically look for a minimum of AAB at A-level (or equivalent). At university, applicants should be on track to achieve, or have achieved, consistent 2:1s across modules, with an average mark of 63% or above in each year of study (or the international equivalent).
