The firm has integrated Rare's contextual recruitment system into their recruitment process to better understand an applicant’s potential in the context in which their experiences have been gained. There is also an opportunity to tell them any mitigating circumstances.

If you pass the interview stage, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at our London office. Your suitability for a Vacation Scheme position will be assessed through a group exercise and a one-to-one discussion with senior lawyers. Light refreshments, lunch and the opportunity to meet our current trainees will also be available.
