Your training contract is the start of your career at Fieldfisher and reflects our commitment to develop and retain our talent people.
We believe in real work, on real matters, with real clients. We expect you to take on as much responsibility as early as possible – the work assigned to you could include documentation review, research, handling small claims or cases, meeting with clients and visiting courts.
During your training contract, you will complete four six-month seats which will be determined based on your preferences as well as business need. You will be able to choose from a diverse range of seats from Employment, to Real Estate, to Corporate to Technology, we don’t have any compulsory seats but we do encourage trainees to experience the departments that make the firm who we are today. You will also have the chance to get seconded to a number of our clients on exciting project work, or to our Silicon Valley office.
