Sport has become increasingly important as a business and can involve significant financial stakes. There is a growing demand for appropriately qualified Sports Law professionals and this course has been designed to fulfil this need.

The LLM Sports Law will support you in gaining a sophisticated appreciation of the key legal issues pertaining to the sector.  The discipline of Sports Law has grown significantly since the 1990s, both in the legal sector and amongst clubs, governing bodies and those organisations with sporting commercial interests.  The course seeks to provide you with expertise relevant to each of these actors and to support you in developing high level knowledge and critical insight into the key issues.
