BPE Solicitors is a UK law firm. With more than 130 staff including 70 fee-earners, BPE has its headquarters in Cheltenham with other offices in South Gloucestershire and London, as well as access points in Cirencester, Bristol and Oxford.
BPE Solicitors is an entrepreneurial business working with like-minded businesses and individuals. It supports businesses through their lifecycle, from starting up and structuring a business to development either through growth, joint ventures, buying and selling or floating on the stock market.
We are a vibrant and expanding law firm with a diverse range of clients and staff who make BPE unique. We work with private clients and businesses who have achieved extraordinary things, brilliant things, and we attract these clients because we mirror their entrepreneurial spirit.
We cultivate an environment that allows our individuals to be just that, and we are driven by continuous improvement to enhance the experience of our clients and staff.
Our teams provide an exciting and stimulating training environment with a very 'hands-on' approach. We guarantee your training will be wide-ranging, intensive and well balanced.
BPE is different. We want you to share our ambition. We are looking for bright, passionate and driven individuals who are able to think on their feet, learn from each other, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.
Our open plan office means that partners, trainee solicitors and support staff work alongside each other. We learn from each other, and we enjoy being part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team. We relish a challenge, and enjoy working with the most demanding clients, ranging from high-growth SME’s to blue chip PLC’s.
If that ambition is one you share and you want to work with some of the leading businesses in the South West, we want to hear from you.
Each team provides an exciting and stimulating training environment. You could find yourself getting involved in conference calls, networking at a seminar, attending an employment tribunal or helping to research a target client. We guarantee your training will be wide ranging, intensive and well balanced.
We adopt a flexible approach to your training. If you suspect commercial property may be your eventual specialisation or you have a passion for corporate work we will try to accommodate you.
You will be encouraged to meet clients and take on your own caseload and you will be given the opportunity to enjoy a 'hands on' approach from a very early stage.
The ethos of the firm is 'work hard, play hard' and we make the most of any opportunity to get together and have fun. From regular Friday get togethers at a local bar, to firm-wide summer and Christmas parties and an away day for each team, there will be plenty of opportunities to get to know your colleagues outside work.
The firm takes its corporate social responsibility seriously and you will be encouraged to get involved in fundraising for our nominated charity of the year and supported if you wish to undertake a voluntary role in the community. In previous years the partners gave their blessing to five of our trainees trekking across the Atlas mountains in Morocco to raise money for the National Star College.
Each trainee will spend 6 months in four seats across the firm. We offer Corporate and Commercial seats along with a Private Client seat option, covering both contentious and non-contentious disciplines, giving you the chance to find out which area of law suits you best.
Our teams provide an exciting and stimulating training environment with a very hands-on approach. You will find yourself getting involved in client matters, networking events, conference calls, ADR, target client research, and much more. We guarantee your training will be wide ranging, intensive and well balanced.
