DWF Application Process

Here is a step by step guide to the DWF application process.

Stage One

Firstly, you will be required to submit an online application form, where you'll detail your academic achievements and work experience. You'll also be asked to write a 750-word personal statement, which is divided into two questions.

Stage Two

If you're successful at application stage, you'll be asked to complete a 20-minute video interview, where you will respond to a series of strengths-based and competency-based questions.

Stage Three

If you are successful at video interview stage, then you will be invited to an assessment centre, which will consist of a group exercise, a strengths-based interview and an exercise that is designed to assess your attention to detail.

Stage Four

If you are successful at the assessment centre, you'll be invited to attend a two-week vacation scheme at one of the firm's offices.

Stage Five

The final stage of the process is to attend a networking morning with the firm's senior leadership team.
