SQE Training for Non-Law Graduates

Our SQE Training for Non-Law Graduates (Master’s) will initially build your core foundational legal knowledge, before developing the knowledge of the legal practice areas that will be assessed in SQE1. It will also start to develop the portfolio of skills that are assessed in SQE2.

  • The most comprehensive route to qualification for non-law graduates
  • Full preparation for SQE1
  • Qualifies for postgraduate loan funding

Comprising our Law Foundations Course and our SQE1 Preparation, you’ll learn to think like a lawyer from the outset, with opportunities to apply your growing legal knowledge, professional capabilities and problem-solving skills to realistic scenarios that are reflective of what you will encounter in practice.

When you choose to include Essentials for Practice in this package, a course that has been developed in close collaboration with some of the UK’s leading law firms, you will also build the specialist legal knowledge and skills that employers seek, beyond the basic SQE curriculum.

Teaching is built around realistic case studies, in our Virtual Practice Environment, that reflect the tasks you will be undertaking in the workplace and the types of clients you can expect to act for when you are in practice. This is supported by live, collaborative, teaching sessions with tutors who are experts from practice.

You will build an online portfolio of your professional skills, demonstrating your ongoing development and establishing a habit of reflection – which is critical to your future career progression.
