Takeovers and mergers. Arbitration and litigation. We’ve got it all. And because we’re one of the world's leading law firms, we also work with some of the biggest international organisations on some of their most ambitious projects.

Join us in one of our Campus Manager roles and you’ll be a part of it.

It’s never too early to start thinking about becoming a brilliant lawyer. And getting a taste of Herbert Smith Freehills during your first year of study is a great opportunity to find out what you’ll need to do to successfully apply for a vacation scheme or training contract later on.

Our coveted Campus Manager positions are open to first year students who wish to perform the role during their second year at university. First, you’ll attend a training day at our London office, where you’ll meet the team, along with a number of partners, associates and trainees. After that, you’ll be actively involved in putting together a campaign to promote Herbert Smith Freehills to your fellow students on campus – informing them about both the firm and the opportunities available to them. It’s a fantastic way to hone your social skills, gain valuable work experience and find out more about the firm – plus you’ll earn £600 for the year.

You don’t need to study law to be one of our Campus Managers. In fact, we welcome students from a wide range of academic backgrounds. What we’re really looking for is people who are academically strong and who can demonstrate initiative and a willingness to get involved in university life. At interview stage, we’ll also need you to show us why you’re interested in Herbert Smith Freehills in particular, and how you see us working together to promote our activities on campus.

Applications for our Campus Manager roles will be open for first year students from any discipline from 1 March - 21 April 2017.

To apply, you’ll need to complete our online application form and online verbal reasoning test. If we’re impressed, we’ll invite you to an interview at our offices.
