US Law Teacher raped 16 year old male student

A law teacher aged 33 from Long Island, near New York has been charged with the rape of one of her pupils who was aged 16.
The teacher, who teaches law and government, is accused of having sex with a minor (the age of consent is 17 in NY State) and filming the episode. Ms Driscoll has been charged with third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act. We wait to see how the case progresses.
