Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke announced yesterday that he plans on allowing camera's into court rooms.
The new plans mean that in the future verdicts will be televised, though no other parts of the trial will be shown and the identity of victims, the jury and other in the court room would not be shown. There have been some calls by Human Rights groups that if this becomes a reality it will erode the right to a fair trial.
