Training Contract places drop in 2010-11

The recent statistical report from the Law Society found that the number of training contract places dropped by over 16% last year. The previous year’s figure had stood at 5,809 training contracts available against 4,874 for last year.
With these figures placed against a backdrop of increasing attendances on the LPC course, it would appear that competition for places is set to ramp up even more.
