Trainee secondments in Brussels

The Law Society is offering six month secondments to trainee solicitors in its Brussels office in 2011.
Trainees can now apply for a secondment to start in either March or September next year.
The Brussels office represents UK solicitors in the European Community and lobbies for them on their behalf; and informs the profession about developments in EU law. Successful applicants will gain firsthand experience of the European Union’s institutions, and will also get the chance to take part in the legislative and political process in Brussels.
