Student sues her students union

Roxanne Bell a former student at Edinburgh University is suing the university's students union after she fell and broke her wrist.
Roxanne was on a night out when she slipped and fell breaking her wrist. Ms Bell blames the accident on the university and claims that they were negligent in not cleaning up spillages of drinks which caused her to fall and hurt herself.
Roxanne is suing them for £75,000. The case will be heard later this year and we will keep you updated with its progress.
