  • Law students are the most satisfied with their course

  • 02nd May 2012
  • Students on law courses have the highest rates of student satisfaction.

  • According to the findings of the latest Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey, students on law courses have the highest rates of student satisfaction, just in front of those on medicine, dentistry and STEM subjects. So who’s least satisfied with their course? Creative arts and design, and business and administration students had the most to grumble about. They had the lowest rates of student satisfaction.

But what about the universities themselves? Top of the university leader board for student experience was Dundee University, followed closely by Loughborough University and Sheffield University who both recorded the highest scores for student social life. Never far from the top of a league table, the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge came in 4th and 5th respectively. The University of East London was voted to have the worst social life and bottom of the student experience table was London Metropolitan University.
