Law Student Sacked for Being White

David is a law student at the University of Stafforshire and he lost his part-time job at a chinese restaurant after new staff were brought into the restaurant. His shifts were taken from him and given to the new staff members from China. 

David could not afford a solicitor so decided to represent himself at the employment tribunal and was awarded just of £5000. David now plans on specialising in Employment law so he can help other people who find themselves in a similar position to himself.
