Law Student posted terrorist propaganda online

A law student in London posted terrorist propaganda on the internet, the Old Bailey has heard this week.
Mohammed Gul, 22, who was studying law at the Queen Mary University in East London and was radicalised while a student, posted two film clips onto the Anti-Imperialist internet forum, and prepared a third film to be posted.
The court heard that he had allegedly used Jihadi songs and clips from al Qaeda, the Taliban and Iraqi media sites, including an image of Osama bin Laden with words of a poem praising. bin Laden.
The jury heard that Gul’s posting including a link to a web page that showed a drawing of a command wire which could be used to detonate an explosive. Gul, who has now graduated, denies three counts of disseminating terrorist publications, and one count of having documents which could be useful in terrorism. Prosecuting counsel, Sean Larkin QC, said his actions could have encouraged others to commit terrorist acts.
