Law student crowned Miss Great Britain

A law student and part-time model has won the Miss Great Britain 2010 beauty title.
Amy Carrier, who is studying law at the University of Liverpool, won the beauty contest last weekend after beating off competition from 59 other competitors. It’s the first beauty competition she has ever entered.
Amy, 20, said her win represented a great sense of personal achievement in her ambition to enter the world of modelling. Her prize includes a modelling shoot in fashion capital Italy.
