  • The free conference, ‘Preparing Students for Gaining Entry to the Solicitors’, will be held next month at Chancery Lane and delegates will be given valuable insights into the various career options within the legal profession

Delegates will be given an overview of the LPC and will be able to get advice from industry experts, graduate recruiters and senior partners at law firms.  The Society will also officially launch its new toolkit which aims to provide advice for graduates on preparing a CV, writing covering letters and application forms, and interview techniques.

Law Society President Linda Lee says: “Today’s law students are entering a market that is competitive and challenging but also rewarding.  [We] continue to work with students and graduates to ensure they are well prepared.”

The conference will take place on 21 October at The Law Society’s Hall, Chancery Lane, London.
