  • Law schools publish LPC success rates

  • 01st June 2011
  • As law school fees grow and many prophesise an ever more competitive job market for law students in the future, the College of Law and Kaplan Law School have released their graduate success rates.

  • So, the headline stats are as follows: 82% of LPC graduates at Kaplan found work in the legal sector, with 11% becoming paralegals and 71 percent obtaining training contracts. 84% of the College of Law’s full-time LPC students graduating in 2010 managed to get a job in the legal profession. 22% were working a paralegals or other related positions, whereas 62% had obtained training contracts.

No information was gathered from BPP as until now they have not collected this data from their students. It would appear though, given that the College of Law and Kaplan will surely make this a yearly announcement that BPP will take measures to join in.
