Kaplan Law School Get to European Mooting Finals

Kaplan Law School successfully saw off completion from eleven other teams mooting in Heidelberg this month at the prestigious European law Moot Court Competition, an event that attracts teams from law schools and universities from across Europe and beyond.
After submitting a written plea last year forty eight teams were invited to one of four european regional finals. The Kaplan team saw off the competition during seven moots over two days and will now progress onto the final at the European Court of Justice where they will meet the winners of the other regional finals.
The finalist will have to battled it out in front of ECJ judges from the Court of First Instance.
