Law firm deadlines by which to get in your applications for training contracts are fast approaching.
Many firms have frozen their training contract programmes but many more are still recruiting.
Law firms are becoming more optimistic that the end of the recession might be in sight but there is still huge competition for training contracts. Many training places from the top city firms down have deferred starting dates of some training contracts, and vacation schemes at some firms have also been scrapped.
