  • BPP tells students do not give up

  • 17th December 2010
  • BPP University College, which includes top law school BPP law school, is urging students not to give up on entering higher education and professional training.

  • It says that despite the recent student protests on rising tuition fees, people should not be deterred from studying.

Carl Lygo, CEO of the College says: “It’s not all doom and gloom - in fact, many students will benefit from better run universities, and must not overlook the fact that continuing with higher education still gives a head start for longer term career prospects.  Like it or not, employers will move you to the top of the CV pile if you can show that you have spent time either studying for a degree, seeking professional training, or have some form of practical work experience under your belt.”

BPP, which now has places on law undergraduate programmes available in January 2011, says there is a considerable number of people who may have put their decision to start a degree last September on hold, due to the levels of uncertainty surrounding fees and places.
