BPP partners with Jones Day
- 24th March 2010
Global US firm Jones Day has extended its training programme with BPP Law School.
From September this year, its future trainees will study the Graduate Diploma in law. The firms’ prospective trainees have been undertaking the LPC at BPP in London on an exclusive basis since 2008.
The firm says the extension of its existing programme will ensure consistency of approach. Head of trainee solicitor recruitment, David Smith, says: “In our experience, providing our future trainees with bespoke programmes helps to match their development needs with the strengths of our practice. We believe the continuity provided by extending our relationship with BPP, will ensure the best possible start to their legal careers and a seamless integration into office life. We are confident our trainees are in good hands from the outset.”
Jones Day has 30 offices across the US, Europe and Asia and its London office was the result of the 2003 merger with Gouldens.
