Aptitude test for LPC

The Law Society is investigating the feasibility of an aptitude test for the LPC and is considering whether it would be beneficial to introduce the test prior to entry to the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
As part of its investigation, the Law Society is looking at whether any benefits would accrue to potential students or the profession from having an aptitude test prior to entry onto the LPC. As part of the process, the Society wants the views of members of the legal profession and the views of students and law trainees.
